After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Kaulav worked in the Toronto Financial Services Industry for the better part of a decade. Having worked in various roles at leading financial firms in Canada, such as Mackenzie Investments, Questrade and Dynamic Funds (Scotiabank), Kaulav brings valuable knowledge of the finance to Capital Street Law P.C.

His experience working with corporate in-house counsel to resolve issues ranging from client related matters to dealing with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), gives him a unique understanding of the financial industry, and can therefore provide well-rounded legal advice and representation.

Prior to earning his Juris Doctor degree, Kaulav also had the opportunity to work with numerous Immigration Consultants in the Toronto area to assist in submission of applications, ranging from Economic Class and Business/Investor Class categories to Refugee Program applications. As a naturalized Canadian himself, Kaulav understands the vital need of prudent legal guidance to navigate Canadian immigration programs and policies. He strives to provide comprehensible information that is crucial to making the life-changing decision of immigrating to Canada.
